Easiest Glazed Grilled Chicken

This is a grilling season favorite at our house. Partly because it’s so ridiculously easy… mostly because it’s delicious!

This is going to go quick… ready… set…

Generously salt and pepper your chicken. You can use boneless or bone in. Heat your grill.

Now… oil your grill grates. This is necessary and easy. Pour a little oil in a bowl, fold a couple paper towels into a small square and pinch with tongs. Dip that into the oil and rub over the surface of your grill grates. You should do this every time you grill…fyi…

Grab a bottle of your favorite salad dressing. We like to use Sweet Vidalia Onion because it caramelizes nicely…

Pour about 1/2 cup of the dressing into a bowl…

Put chicken on the grill. Let it get a good sear on one side.

After the first turn on the grill start to glaze the chicken with the dressing…

Don’t be shy… coat it pretty well. Yes, this does make a bit of a mess on your grill grates but it’s worth it 🙂 Keep turning and glazing until the chicken is done… put on a plate and cover with foil to let it rest.

Then serve it up!! It looks impressive and it really doesn’t take much effort at all! A win-win!!
